Dr. Shah is hands down the best provider I’ve ever had. She’s kind, compassionate, and takes time to ensure she’s answered all questions and investigated every possible angle. I wish I could clone her because the medical field desperately needs more providers like her.
Dr Purcell is a good doctor but the office staff is rude and gives out inaccurate information . They are nasty if you point out any problems with their service. Their phone system is the worst. You can stay on hold 20 minutes and then ask someone else to call and then they get right through.
on time and efficient with care and time with me.
He is an emotionless individual and will tell you anything regardless of the circumstances, he put me through NEEDLESS emotional trauma due to his failure to advise to his me properlyprior to a test.
Kind, compassionate doctor but not worth a 3 hour wait. Plus the office staff is nasty as can be. There are many other and better doctors near by without the wait time and better office staff
I have been a patient of Dr. Riesenman for years. He is a phenomenal doctor with a great bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He listens well and explains things in way that non-medical people can understand. His staff is amazing- Karen (his nurse) is tremendous and is one of the finest nurses in the area (and I should know, I have a few nurses in my family!). Also, the people upfront are GREAT (especially Kim- the one bad review of this exceptional doctor and his staff was one of the reasons I chose him years a... read more
Do not waste your time seeing this so-called doctor of otolaryngology. Went to him twice with a chronic cough that Cameron suddenly. First visit he scoped my nose and throat. Found mild indications of possible Gerd but nothing else. Did not prescribe any medication that might have lessened my coughing fits. Said to take take pantoprazole daily which I already had been doing. On my followup visit two months later with my cough still persisting he gave me all of 5 minutes of his time (I'm not exaggerating - I timed him) and to... read more

I scheduled appt because I was told by referring Dr that Galeos did throat pouch repairs. He and his staff were very cordial. In the first few minutes of my visit, Galeos informed me he does NOT do that type of surgery. He then said, "Well you're here - let me take a look". That action led to a total bill being generated for $736 ($322 for office visit and $414 for 'Diagnostic Laryngoscopy') -- No mention that looking down my throat (no benefit to me) was adding so much charge. Medicare was charged and I owe $55.61 out of th... read more
