There is the good and the bad. We had a friend pass away last night and wanted to take their family’s chicken and potato wedges. My wife called last minute and asked if they could help us with an order for about 25 people. They were able to accommodate our needs and the food was delicious. Now the cashier on the other end had 2 speeds slow and even slower. Barely talked to us. He did tell us our cookies were buy 1 get 1 which was appreciated. The overall experience was good. Hot foods department definitely saved the day.
Ordered a full sheet birthday cake for my son's party and received half a sheet cake. The cake itself is nicely done and I am sure will taste amazing as they usually do. I called to get a refund or at least partial refund for the incorrect order. The bakery repeatedly told me they had half a sheet circled. I placed the order over the phone so I have no proof that I ordered a full sheet. They transferred me to the assistant store manager who reiterated they had circled half a sheet on the order.
