Tom and Erick made the process easy and aligned the timing of the listing with our schedule. They priced it right. We had 3 offers over list price with a total of only 3 days on the market. I highly recommend Tom and Erick Reis for your realtor needs. They helped me sell my house last year. My house needed some updating and Tom and Erick know skilled handy men who were able to repair, replace and improve at reasonable costs which refreshed the interior and exterior of my home. In one case one of their contacts was able to convince my home insurance company that hail had caused a great deal of damage to my roof. This resulted in a substantial increase in insurance payment which allowed me to get a new roof.
