My experience was far from acceptable. When I received my new glasses the bifocal was in my direct vision. I had specifically told the Dr that I needed the bifocal line lower than usual,. The assistants tried adjusting the glasses to no avail? New lenses had to be ordered. All was fine until I arrived to have the lenses inserted. Then they needed to be adjusted to fit properly, as I had not been able to wear them at all during this time. Let's start with the staff! They are amazingly fun, happy, knowledgeable and patient! As soon as you walk in the office you are treated with smiles and sometimes eye rolls from some guy! �. Seriously, I've never felt more welcome. Dr. Ries was thorough, patient and didn't appear or act like she was rushing through my exam! Love this place! Thanks for making my family and I feel as though we are your only priority every time we are there!
I spent over $800 ( had to return 2 times for more tests(some being ones I had already done), just to be told that I would have to deal with the glasses that I can not wear (unless it is dark). DMV says I have to wear glasses to drive!! Also to be told that there is no guarantee! I told them that WalMart was able to do tests 1 time and get it right, so why can't they get it right after hours of extensive testing? WalMart cost less than half and their guarantee was good for a year

Excellent staff. Dr. Ries performed the most thorough eye exam my kids and I ever had. Very pleased!
