First class company. The gowns and dresses they showed tonight during their bridal show were absolutely stunning. And so well organized. Kudos to all.
I cannot say enough about Rienzi and the staff there. They are actually an hour away from me however I found their service to worth the drive. I knew what dress I wanted when I walked in however my mom didn't. They pointed out several to try and left us alone to discuss our choices. Each time we said no to a dress they went looking for another to fit what my mom wanted. Alterations were perfect and both our dresses were gorgeous for our wedding. When I arrived at my appointment they were very helpful and non judgemental. No one acted as if my size was a issue. I don't know if they except walk-ins so I cannot attest to that. I do know they carry at least up to 24 in store. I am a 18 in pants and 18-20 in dresses. The sample dress I tried on was a size 24. Rienzi's offered a very intimate, beautiful, and attentive experience. Which is something that I did not experience at David's Bridal. The best dress shopping experience I had. The girls are so helpful, so sweet, and they know what they're doing (which is probably why they've been around so long). Their prices are great and another big plus: they don't make you feel uncomfortable, like you're trying on glass slippers that you could shatter with one wrong move. That was one of the main reasons I bought my dress with them. They let you handle the dresses, they let you touch them and climb into them yourself, something other boutiques did not.
