Desk Receptionist, Linda, needs to take that tone out of her voice when she speaks with people. There is absolutely no reason to treat patients/customers with an attitude. I have worked Customers Service for 15+ years and NEVER took my bad day out on anyone who did absolutely nothing wrong to me. I sat in the waiting room and listened to her, patient after patient with a snippy tude! Dr Riemer is very good and caring doctor, he did surgery on both my eyes and I can see so much better, no glasses, I highly recommend him!
