Dr. Riemer is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. My son has a chronic health condition that requires extra care, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure he receives the best possible treatment. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain her recommendations, ensure both my son and I understand the plan of care, and thoughtfully answer any questions we may have. We are so grateful to have her and her staff as part of my son’s care team.
I was here for photo treatment of my hands this morning. The place & employees are amazing: I had a question, and one of the receptionists got an answer for me while I was in treatment. From what I've seen so far (my 2nd visit here), they also do really well with patient education.
Staff was not very friendly, found them to be very rude. Do not recommend this office.
My wife and I have gone to a dermatologist in Grand Rapids for years. This year we thought we would try to support a place more local. Our experience with staff was good, but our experience with the billing and clear communication about the billing was horrible. What normally cost us about $300 for a check up elsewhere for the two of us cost us over $1500 at Riemer.
