Simply put Kayla,(Pearl Realty),is truly a wonderful landlord agent. She and Charly have been amazing since day one. I began my lease June 2022 and have had zero issues with all requests for a repair, maintenance, you name it. Not only do they immediately respond with no delays. A/C needed attention twice. Both times they had the necessary repairs done within 24 hours or less. Garbage disposal, dishwasher, and other minor items same result. This company was flexible in working with me. They were always kind and quick to address any concerns. All in all great experience leasing with them!
I signed an 18 month lease and I'm about 12 months in. Everything has been great. The application process was quick and I got responses quickly. Move in went great as well. Maintenance requests get resolved fairly quickly. No complaints
