I own a single-family residence in Monrovia near the foothills. Riegel Property Management manages the property on my behalf. What has always stood out was their commitment and fairness to me when I first hired them many years ago. Communicate has always been great between us. What I like most about them is how efficient they solve issues. For example, the Monrovia Fire Department tagged a tree on the property for removal due to a potential fire hazard. Excellent service!! The staff were very helpful and communicative.
Great experience, they assisted me with any needs or questions I had and communicated quickly and clearly. My on-site manager Stephanie never failed to respond or clarify any needs. As well as Jana, she assisted me with issues I had and were able to resolve them with ease. Sad to have had to move but will definitely be looking when i move back into the area.
