Brandon made the inspection process very easy. RHI was also swift with getting the formal report to us to allow ample time to review.
I'm a first time home buyer and Rowdy was my inspector. I attended the inspection and it went well, he was thorough and answered all of the questions I had about the home and the inspection process in general. The sewer scope was definitely a good idea and worth the money as it uncovered problems like roots growing in the line and shifted/offset pipes that I wouldn't have known were there otherwise. I plan on using RHI for any of my future inspection needs.
