Trevor was great. He fixed my gas furnace, which picked the coldest nights so far this autumn to stop working. He diagnosed the problem relatively quickly, and even went out of his way to go retrieve parts not once, but twice. I’ll definitely recommend Ridouts!

Greatly appreciate their customer service. We called with an issue and I understand how busy their schedule must be but they were able to send someone out right away to at least diagnose and order any parts that might be needed. Their employee was great and figured out the issue the same day. Easy to pay and fair price.
