Trevor went above and beyond to help me. At the time he came to my house I was having a really difficult time with something else entirely and he offered to help even though it was not part of his job. He not only explained my AC to me but immediately helped get my fridge through the door. I really appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and his willingness to help a distressed crying lady in a time when he could have easily just done the minimum required and left. Trevor came to troubleshoot our air conditioner. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered suggestions to fix the problem. He was very courteous and easy to talk to and explained the choices we had.
