2 service calls on 16 year old instant hot water heater. Still didn’t work. No follow up phone call . Told the representative on the phone- they still billed me for $345.00 ,hired someone else

Responsive but somewhat inexperienced with Geo-Thermal systems Which caused multiple visits to fully diagnose. However they did persist and get the results desired. Also, invested in training on the system. So overall very satisfied. I just had to use expensive emergency heating during the repair period, about 10 days.
Came on the day I called , had the parts need to fix my furnace , very courteous and professional
