I rarely have luck in finding fresh fruit at this location. I regularly find fruit flies while i'm walking through the produce section. I once purchased some sourdough bread to make a nice breakfast for my family only to find it was already covered in mold. (shame on me for not checking the date?). Last night, i managed to purchase coffee creamer that expired in JUNE. Found this out after i had already finished one cup of coffee. Don't get me started on the upkeep of the restrooms.
Today I went grocery shopping with the kids at Ridleys and it was rough. There was lots of crying and whining involved and by the time we made it to checkout it had gotten so bad; I just wanted to be done. I was a little worried about the kids bothering people and what I was going to do since I forgot the carrier and the babies car seat took up most of the cart. After being forced to wait in line for the people ahead of me to go back and find the price of an item they wanted to purchase. (Guess there are no employees to do price checks.) I got to my car, looked at my receipt and realized I'd been overcharged for several items. 75% of the items I'd purchased rang up at a higher price than they were tagged. Cole, We are very sorry about this. Which of our Orem locations did this happen at? So we can make sure we get these prices fixed. As for the signature, it is required for all refunds, some of our pin pads do not allow electronic signatures, so we gather them on the return receipt.
I went to the pharmacy yesterday at 5 point in Ogden. All around the store there was flyers posted that if you fill a new prescription you can get a free $25 GC. When I paid for my prescription I asked for the GC and the cashier said sorry you have "government" insurance and don't qualify, the sign did state if you have Medicaid or Medicare you didn't qualify but I work for the Government and pay for my insurance and I was discriminated against and I think they were rude and treated me poorly.
