Tracy and Charles Ridings were amazing! They went out of their way multiple times to help us while looking at houses. They were great and patient about our extra wants while house hunting. Double check what she advertises. We bought a house in which she advertised items that were nonexistent in our home. Got her sellers (and her) more money but will cost us thousands. She had this great booklet during an open house with all the items contained in the sale. After the sale we find out that a gas igniting woodburning fireplace had the gas line capped and no wireless capabilities, as advertised by Tracy.
