We had a case of someone being a weekend plumber and found it was a really bad choice. A family friend suggested Ridings since his cousin works for them. After working on it for 7 hours with the water turned off, Ridings came out on a Saturday evening and had it fixed in a couple hours. Thank you for giving up 2 + hours to come out to fix it. Very much appreciated.
Loving my new faucet and having no more drips. Even the old one that was repaired glides on and off like silk now. I had no idea the handle could be turned with just a fingertip. This is the second time we have used Ridings and I won't be going back to our previous plumbers. Reasonable rates, knowledgeable technicians, professional service, above and beyond. Please don't change a thing!
