Ridgway Realty Great Service We moved from out of state. They were great about showing us homes on short notice and working on our limited time frame. They had all the paperwork ready quickly and my husband was able to wrap up our rental in his three day trip and come home with a signed lease. They come out and change the filters, and fixed all of the "little" things that needed to be corrected in our rental. I would recommend them to anyone moving to the area looking to rent a home.

Extremely helpful! We moved to the area a few months ago, we were struggling to find a place to live. Another rental company in the area did not return our calls or emails. We stumbled across a house that was for rent, with a Ridgway Realty sign in the yard. We called and 4 days later we were signing a lease. They worked with us to negotiate a lower rent, and regularly check the air filters, smoke alarms, and the furnace to ensure proper working order.
