RecommendedMy “normal vet” who will never be my vet again was too busy to see my daughter’s best friend (our miniature Australia shepherd) when I called to tell them Todd had injured himself (as I cried and begged for them to see him on the phone). If you are looking for well-educated, knowledgeable and friendly staff from the front desk to the vet tech to the veterinarian, this is the place for you. It you like the vet to spend time with you and explain all the how’s and why’s of the treatment plan you cannot beat Ridglea West Animal Hospital. I have been searching for a new vet after my lifetime vet retired and I most certainly found my new vet. I’m telling you, you cannot beat this place and that includes low cost as well!
The staff was very friendly and kind, and I got in for my birdie the same day I called. I loved my bird so much, and spent hours every day to try to keep him happy. but the vet treated me like I let him get sick through purposeful neglect. To add insult to injury, when the vet called me to tell me my boy passed away, he referred to him as a "she" the whole call. Even though everyone but the vet was exceptional, overall it was a horrible experience on top of the pain of losing my baby.
I am so blessed I found Someone that see's chickens, not to many vets do, great staff, love their convient hours. Prices are reasonable.
The staff is always friendly and can't wait to love on my dog. She drags me into RWAH.
The office staff were very sweet and the tech was too. I was grateful they could see my sweetie immediately...
