Terrible service. I came in six months ago to ask if you could repair some stones that had fallen out of my wedding ring. I was told they were very small and that it would be difficult, but that the work could be done. I asked for a breakdown of cost for a watch battery replacement and was treated very rudely. Will not ever be back. Lord how I miss Haltom's Jewelers, Ridglea watch & jewelry pales in comparison. Avoid this place.

Bought a gorgeous ring here. They said one week for sizing. It took TWO DAYS. I was so excited I was vibrating with joy to get it so quickly!

I dropped off my watch with Ridglea Watch & Jewelry for service and repair of the crystal and mainspring. A few days later, Mark (owner) calls me with a price quote and a timeframe of 5-6 weeks. I agreed to the price and timeframe and gave permission for work to begin. After 5.5 weeks I called the store to get an update on the progress and an to see if it was still on track to be completed in 6 weeks. I was told that Mark (owner) would call me back.
