I dropped off my watch with Ridglea Watch & Jewelry for service and repair of the crystal and mainspring. A few days later, Mark (owner) calls me with a price quote and a timeframe of 5-6 weeks. I agreed to the price and timeframe and gave permission for work to begin. Worst experience ever NEVER again
Ridglea Watch and Jewelry are AMAZING, with absolutely AWESOME people! I went to have links taken out of my Christian bracelet, and not only did the man help me , he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure the stones in my Cross STAYED secure and in place ! He didn’t ask me for a dime ! We spoke about God , Scripture , and Church ! A Holy Man! Made my heart happy to see a fellow believer and speaker of Christ! I highly recommend this place !
