The new woman in the office has the worse customer service ever.She is very rude, shows lack of compassion and empathy when you have an Emergency concern within your home. I went to the office because my air went out during 96 degree weather (mind you I have been having AC issues since I moved in and I haven’t been here a year) . Not only do the neighbors keep up mess, the office does not fix ANYTHING if they don’t like you personally and they don’t address complaints on noisy neighbors. They also let the landscaping team destroy your balcony with dirt and leaves from the gutters. The walls are so thin you can hear your next door neighbor cough, bath and fart. Maintenance goes in your home unannounced and steals items. The two women in the office are rude and condescending and will tell you “okay” to get you off the phone.
