Not only do the neighbors keep up mess, the office does not fix ANYTHING if they don’t like you personally and they don’t address complaints on noisy neighbors. They also let the landscaping team destroy your balcony with dirt and leaves from the gutters. The walls are so thin you can hear your next door neighbor cough, bath and fart. Maintenance goes in your home unannounced and steals items. The two women in the office are rude and condescending and will tell you “okay” to get you off the phone.
