The black woman in the office needs some midol or something. I just delivered to the apartments, was told by maintenance they had a package return. I go inside and ask why is it being returned because of course MY BOSS needs to know. That nasty heffa told me “because they don’t live here” in the most rudest way. if i could rate this place a 0 i would, this new apartment landlord is completely horrible. she never shows up to her job on time when it says show up at 10 am. she avoids problems she does nothing about it. it isnt hard to do your job. worst experience ever!!
Just moved here from Washington state and let me tell u this is a upgrade from my last place I've had up there totaly love it great place to live at I stay in a one bed room and it's pretty big great price to

I have never been to this place!
They're an ok place to live, I guess. But there are a lot of issues that I've observed that aren't Valentina care of!!! There is a lot of kids here and they are allowed to run wild and make loud noises even when you ask them not to. There is also trash sitting outside when it isn't supposed to be. And the curfew is a joke. There are people coming at all hours of the night and waking people up.!!!! Someone needs to get stricter with their rules.
