Management is terrible. Do your research on Havenpark and their shady business practices before moving here. Office staff are incompetent and apathetic. I've walked into the office multiple times and found staff sitting on the couches eating junk food and watching TV. I've also seen them at work in their pajamas. Lot rent continues to rise astronomically with no improvements to park. Not recommended at all.

When you try to communicate with the park to move a mobile home out of the park they will say oh we will call you back in the morning and let you know and then 3 weeks later you still haven’t heard anything from them, if you want to run a business well you need to do stuff when you say your going to do it not wait and then I’ll have to call you back and then tell me oh we haven’t got in touch with the mover yet to figure it out like you said you were going to

My son recently bought a mobile home from here and was told that he cannot move it until the middle of November! He bought the mobile home from an individual person that was just renting the lot but they won’t let him move his own home because of their rule! Then they told him he has to email them with a request to move it. He emailed them and then they said they didn’t get the email and he has to wait even longer! I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Ridgewood Village in Auburn, AL. The office has been unhelpful and dishonest, making simple requests a lengthy and frustrating process. On top of that, the lot rent has increased significantly, which seems to be part of a larger strategy to push residents out. To make matters worse, I've been waiting over a year for my security deposit to be returned, with no resolution in sight. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this community to others.
