If you're going to review a place then review it don't just say ... This is not a tiny home community. This place accepts tiny homes and is ready for them with reasonable lot rates that include water. Each space has it's own electric meter and you are responsible for that. The owner requires skirting to keep the area looking nice and background checks all tenants so everyone will be safe and have decent, law abiding citizens living there.
