Bins are clean. Lot always clean. Customer service is friendly. Noticed there'd been mouse activity. Called and they immediately placed traps. No more mouse activity.
First time renting a unit on my own and dealing with Brianne was an absolute pleasure. Knowledgeable and very nice. Was upfront with pricing and how everything worked in the storage unit world. What impressed me most was I had talked to a couple other storage units, and each one had negative things to say about the others except Ridgewood and Brianne.
