WARNING !! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lived here for 2 years on the 1st floor , and for almost the entire 2 years the bathroom from the UPSTAIRS would leak down into my bathroom everytime they flushed. They cut a hole in my bathroom ceiling about a 4" square trying to fix it somehow, which NEVER did fix it, didn't patch the hole. But if you're sitting on the toilet and they flushed, you'd get water dripping on your back. The blinds were brittle and breaking when I moved in from the sun baking them.
