This apartment complex has been a safe and cozy place to live. It’s a hidden gem in a perfect location. The surrounding neighborhood has a charm that makes for enjoyable walks or runs and I’m able to conveniently walk to the Gainesville square for dinner outings and events. All of my neighbors are friendly and considerate and the management is quick to respond. Maintenance keeps the place in great shape. I’ve loved living here!
