Do not live here. Maintenance sucks. All they do is raise your rent by at least $75.00 per month and this is what you get. NO WORKING ELEVATORS. Both elevators quit working at all times of the day and night. Proper renovations are never done. But boy they love getting your big dollars and you get absolutely nothing! ONCE AGAIN both elevators are down in our building – leaving seniors & the infirmed stuck. This happens about once a month where at least one is down. Also as usual, the washers & dryers don’t work on certain floors, causing you to lose unnecessary money. And the card machine where you load your card was ripped off the wall and hasn’t been replaced in about two months – leaving you to have to go to the other building & HOPE to get in to use theirs. I love it here! No place is perfect but the property staff are helpful and friendly. This is a nice place to live.
I've been here for over a year and the quality has gone down. Last week, the hallway smelled like a litter box. Tonight, the laundry room smells like scat. I went to the mailroom to find my package opened.
