My negative experience is similar to others. I wish I could give it zero stars. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The washer/dryers are constantly down and they don’t refund you any money. The elevators are constantly down, the electricity goes out randomly, and the staff are rude and don’t answer the phone, you can’t leave a voicemail, and they don’t respond to emails. Maintenance will mark a request completed when it hasn’t been. They raise rent without justification or any improvements to the outdated units. I wish... read more
I have lived here for years, anytime I have an issue, Dale Cater from the front desk makes me feel heard and valued. He makes sure my issues are always handled as quickly as possible. The maintenance team is always so respectful and hard working.
ONCE AGAIN both elevators are down in our building – leaving seniors & the infirmed stuck. This happens about once a month where at least one is down. Also as usual, the washers & dryers don’t work on certain floors, causing you to lose unnecessary money (they will pay ultimately!). And the card machine where you load your card was ripped off the wall and hasn’t been replaced in about two months – leaving you to have to go to the other building & HOPE to get in to use theirs. Omg, the washers/dryers are CONSTANTLY down to the point you have to find another floor that works. And they do NOT reimburse you even though there are many known problems with them. Will be contacting an attorney.
