So I’ve personally lived here for the last year and I love it. Management is only on sight on Tuesdays and Thursdays but they’re very communicative and have helped us out multiple times. I have enjoyed getting to know every one of my neighbors as well and there has been no drama here as far as police or fighting. They’ve actually just implemented zero tolerance for marijuana AND cigarettes on the property so it doesn’t stink like other complexes. Place is the ghetto of Saugatuck management is never here and have no control of the complex. If your looking for meth coke or weed building E is the place too go neighbors pulling knives on other neighbors and nothing gets done about it
Horrible... They never fix anything.
