The Maintenance at this complex Is terrible. My refrigerator was freezing food in the bottom it took them 2 months to get me a new refrigerator. My air conditioning needs repairs Every year. I have lived in the complex for over 20 years . The service has slowly gone to hell when complex was sold. I waited 2 weeks for maintenance to get my air conditioning fixed last year and that was in the heat of the summer.
