Property manager wants to put notes on the door for unmowed yards when it's been raining. But to top it off the properties and land that rhp are supposed to maintain are taller than the tenets. Also the property manager should maybe mow her yard it's taller than city code allows!!!!
We lived at Ridgewood Estates for 9 years and had a truly great experience. The management team is excellent. Professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance was consistently kind, knowledgeable, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. It’s a well-run community, and we’re grateful for the many good years we spent there. The people who live there are equally as wonderful, my daughter has made life long friends during our time here. Big recommendations from my family!
