I have lived in the community for 15 years and just moved to a new trailer in the community due to personal reasons. The transition was very easy and the ladies in the office were very easy to work with.
Property manager wants to put notes on the door for unmowed yards when it's been raining. But to top it off the properties and land that rhp are supposed to maintain are taller than the tenets. Also the property manager should maybe mow her yard it's taller than city code allows!!!!
