I had a root canal done by Dr. Loo today and I couldn’t be more impressed. Him and his team have an excellent bedside manner—calm, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step, which made me feel comfortable and informed. It’s clear he’s highly experienced and truly knows his craft, and that confidence translates into the care he provides. I felt I was in very capable hands from start to finish. Highly recommend! Fantastic and, most importantly, PAINLESS experience. I needed an emergency root canal on a molar (cracked tooth) and Dr Loo saw me during his lunch hour. The entire process is very streamlined and calming ( and I'm very anxiety prone at Drs offices). The office is CLEAN, STATE of THE ART, professional, and personable. The staff is very helpful. Can't recommend Dr Loo enough for any root canal related concerns a person may need. He is an expert at what he does and is the ultimate professional. There are no peers.

Dr. Loo was recommended by my dentist when I needed a root canal. It was done in not 2 or 3 visits as prior root canals by other dentists were. One long visit means mouth gets sore once but it wasn’t the after treatment pain I had in years past. He is very caring and explains things very well. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do I would go to him and not any of the other dentists who performed my previous root canals!
