Though we live 17 miles away, we have used RDA since 2006. Good then, great now. Everyone treats us like Customers and friends, Dr. Joung and Nancy Arnold, our hygienist, treat us like Patients and friends. Dr. Joung has a very fine touch, never causing me pain. And I have needed his touch for many fillings, implants and fittings over the years. He listens well, finds inventive solutions to Patient limits and concerns and has infinite patience. And when did your hygienist hug you?
