I am a contractor hired to complete a bathroom remodel. The client ordered Ridgewood Cabinetry. The cabinets come unassembled, which is not a problem, they are decent cabinets. The problem comes with no direction, nor access for anyone but the client to watch a video on assembly. Call customer service to find out if I can watch the video, at which point, I was informed that I need to contact the client to get a link to the video.
