My sisters and I would like to recommend Westerwood Rehab center. The facility was clean and the staff was very caring, kind and accommodating to our brother, who was Downs with Alzheimer’s, and all of us as well. They went above and beyond. One of us was with him every day and witnessed the friendly, caring staff with our brother and other clients in the facility. We felt bl sued to find such a great facility that takes Medicaid in the Columbus area.
If I could give this establishment zero stars I would because how you guys treat foreign workers are absolutely disgusting!! Never specified if it was to be a phone interview or in person then when called HR had a disgusting attitude and lied to her supervisor saying I yelled at her when I specifically said “I understand what you’re saying ma’am but no one told her that it would be a in person interview” she claimed I was arguing but I was not doing that I was just simply helping my foreign mother out.
