This is the most unprofessional property management I’ve ever lived with. In a year in a half, there has been multiple property managers that worked in the complex and there were times that there was NO PROPERTY MANAGER at all. It was hard to contact someone and as for Maintenance you had to stop them when you catch them on the site. The entire situation was unprofessional! I absolutely hate that I ever moved there! I’m gone now and this is the happiest I’ve ever been!
All I can say is it's safe to live here. Any repairs that need done won't get done unless it's an emergency. The poor maintenance guys are so far behind because they only had someone here 2 days a week. He was pulled between different properties and couldn't get everything done. The new person has so much to do he'll probably be behind for months. Maintenance is super nice and tries their hardest.
