Nice place to live other then the maintenance, the guy doesn't do much at all. The place is falling apart.
This place is not for a family with children or black race. Cheryl is a joke and will not do her part as a manager. She will have no explanation for entering without request, an violation of respect for other's and also if she finds out your ill or sick she will rush you to move out asap and she send a disgusting man to stand and watch you, not to mention he is no security or police of any kind.
