Can't brag enough about Leasing consultant Sharree. She's good at her job, she's very kind considerate. And very consistent, so if you're looking for a great place to live call up Sharree Monroe. At The Loop Apartment on Greenfield
I wouldn't recommend Solstice. The office staff and maintenance are really nice but the office manager Conn** is unprofessional. I've been here a few years & this by far is the worse manager & it's been many. My bathroom floors grout is stained & has been since day 1 & I asked if they could be cleaned or re-grouted because I can't remove the stains. She responded w/ the attached email. i love it here, anytime if i have a service issue it is fixed in 24 hrs, everyone there is very polite and am happy that i moved here. been here at least 4 years, can't imagine living anywhere else.i am always treated with respect and they are always glad to see me. jane b
Live on 3rd floor. Heating is cheap ($50 to $100/month). Cooling is a bit more ($100-150/month). Management is awesome. Maintenace persons are awesome. Even with COVID, they still came for repairs. I'm facing job loss due to COVID. Management is working with me. Excellent place to live.
Horrible experience with the application process. Them turning me down is not my issue because Iâm in another complex that is much better. My issue is it has been 2 months and I still hadnât received the $75 that I was supposed to be refunded? What a waste!
