I think it really says something when your dog is excited to see their favorite Veterinarians. The staff at Ridgewood are very professional and take a great deal of pride in caring for pets. My dog, Maggie, loves to visit Dr. Gallagher and her favorite vet techs! I was truly moved to write this review because yesterday I took Maggie to the emergency vet because she had some GI issues. Had an appt Sat and met with Dr Gallagher. My lab is extremely timid and Dr Gallagher and her staff could not have been better with him. So patient and gentle waiting until Diesel was more comfortable before doing vaccines, etc. They even got down in the floor with him. They also took their time explaining everything they were going to do and what to expect in a future visit. I was very impressed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this clinic.
Ridgewood is such an amazing veterinary clinic! We have taken our dog numerous places and he always got super stressed and would yelp as if he was being murdered, but the Ridgewood staff has taken time to gain his trust and let him know he's safe and now he loves going to the vet! I'd recommend them to anyone!
Just saw Dr. Gallagher with my very friendly and energetic lab and got a tour of their boarding facility. The doctor was patient and offered advise on working with unwanted behavior from my dog. The facility is nice and very clean. All of the staff is friendly, professional and welcoming.
Dr. Lane and his staff are amazing! They make you and your pet feel like family. They genuinely care about your pet like it's their own. I highly recommend them!
I absolutely love Dr. Lane and the entire staff of Ridgewood!! I appreciate the time that Dr. Lane always takes with each 'family member'...he explains everything that is going on patiently and thoroughly. It's obvious that everyone that works there genuinely cares for each patient!! Thanks Ridgewood for taking care of our Chihuahua pack and our newest addition...a rescue kitty. From Hemi, Harley, Hummer, Rosco, Cooper, Axel, and Lexie Jane..and their people, Rhonda & Bryan Buracker!!
What a wonderful place to bring your pet! My beautiful Angel had to be euthanized due to cancer on Sept 9th and Dr. Lane and staff has been nothing but amazing! Dr. Lane helped me feel assured about my decision and was very empathetic. If you want your beloved pet taken care of bring them here!!
