I had a really positive experience with Mandi at the Ridgewood leasing office. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and transparent throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was that she actually showed me the exact unit I would be renting, which is something hardly any apartment community is willing to do. She even took the time to show me the probable parking spots and explain everything clearly. Moving is never easy, and when we moved in, we encountered a few issues that made an already tiresome situation very stressful. Despite that, the leasing staff, specifically Karla and Mindy, listened to my concerns and worked with me. They were professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate their support and willingness to make things right.
This property has so much potential, but lack progression due to the incompetence of the employees: leasing agents, manager and maintenance personnel. My living experience here was NOT great and truly, it was DISAPPOINTING. The interior of our unit needed so many fixes, the quality of the windows, closets doors, blinds etc. were EXTREMELY POOR. I have enjoyed my year living at Ridgewood Apartments. I moved because I bought a home in a Senior community. The leasing staff was so helpful, Maintaiance as well. I will miss them, Mandi Karla & Miguel.
