Great property! Leasing Manager Karla is exceptional and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met in a timely manner. Emergency maintenance requests are taken seriously, and the team responds very quickly. Regular maintenance requests are also handled promptly and never go unresolved for more than 24 hours. My experience, even in the short time I’ve lived here, has been nothing short of wonderful. I truly feel at home and have a great sense of peace of mind. Highly recommend
I don’t recommend it to anyone, condominium always tries so hard to get money from the tenants, parking you pay, swimming pool if you want to use it you will have to pay for outside, gym too, maintenance and precarious, appliances in poor condition, the condominium never takes responsibility for anything, cockroaches and a constant problem I got a cat to solve the cockroaches and they started charging me cat rent too, I finished the contract and they are charging me an absurd bill at the end of contract, charging old water b... read more

I would like to share feedback about my recent experience. When I visited the office in person, Mandi and Karla were very helpful and kind. I appreciate the time they took to assist me. I would give this apartment complex zero stars if that were an option. The only positive aspect of my experience has been the leasing agent, Mandi, who has been professional and responsive! Unfortunately, everything beyond that has been extremely disappointing. Move-In Experience: The unit I was initially assigned did not match the description listed online.
