Moving is never easy, and when we moved in, we encountered a few issues that made an already tiresome situation very stressful. Despite that, the leasing staff, specifically Karla and Mindy, listened to my concerns and worked with me. They were professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate their support and willingness to make things right.
This property has so much potential, but lack progression due to the incompetence of the employees: leasing agents, manager and maintenance personnel. My living experience here was NOT great and truly, it was DISAPPOINTING. The interior of our unit needed so many fixes, the quality of the windows, closets doors, blinds etc. were EXTREMELY POOR. I have enjoyed my year living at Ridgewood Apartments. I moved because I bought a home in a Senior community. The leasing staff was so helpful, Maintaiance as well. I will miss them, Mandi Karla & Miguel.
Absolutely filthy apartment. Day 1- I moved in to the first apartment unit and there were roaches everywhere- bathroom, kitchen, living room, etc. I immediately reported this to the management team (Mandi and Karla) who repeatedly claimed that “this was the first time anyone has ever experienced anything like this.” Prior reviews will confirm that is not true.
