I would give this apartment complex zero stars if that were an option. The only positive aspect of my experience has been the leasing agent, Mandi, who has been professional and responsive! The worst place we ever lived. The charge extra hidden fees. It is always dirty in the stairwells. The police are always there because of something. We moved out on December first and they charged us for more than half a months rent for another 6 days, parking spots we weren’t using, for replacing the carpet, (which is something they do every time someone moves out.) and charged us illegally for our Emotional support animal. PÉSSIMA! Aptos cheios de barata, NÃO INDICO NINGUÉM MORAR no Ridgewood, minha energia era contada pelo condomínio e eles colocavam $600 dizendo que a Pepco cobrava isso deles e eles só repassavam, quando mudei para ser cobrada pela Pepco minha energia vem $50, eu pagava o que eles me cobravam porque eles colocam tudo isso em contrato para te obrigar a ficar preso e ainda te ameaçam caso você diga que eles estão errados e que você não vai pagar um absurdo desse.
