I am a future resident of The Ridgewood Community, My experience from the time i arrived and applied has been nothing but the best!!! The staffing is beautiful Ms.Mandi, Karla and Kristine all welcomed me with open arms to their community! The scenery is beautiful and i saw no type of negative energy in the office or around the community while walking around. My tour was amazing as well!!! This is one community i would definitely recommend to anyone!! Great job Ridgewood!
I am ms Wilson and don’t any problems out of any staff on the maintenance department because if u want someone to respect u have to give it to receive it if u need something done maintenance is always on time

Thin walls, noisy and rude neighbors, crappy security, car thefts, overcrowded parking at night, messy common areas, overpriced move out charges, crappy infrastructure, and the worst part was the roach infestation…. Do yourself a favor and do not move here!!! Update: Love the comment from Ridgewood. Although the areas of Silver Spring and Rockville are known to have high volumes of car theft and breakins, the Ridgewood community are doing nothing to prevent thefts. Resident of 3 years, staff were nice however the building had lots of issues. I’ll let the pictures describe my experience as a resident. UDR - I already emailed wecare@udr and never got a response so no need to reply to my review ;)
