You can expect your rent to increase as much as around $100 when you renew your lease. Every time you renew it will increase. Low price gets you in, then comes the increases. Higher than house payments. The rent prices come from the people in NJ. They own multiple apartments. Millions a year is not enough I guess. Local staff and maintenance are great people. Very friendly. The prices are too much.
Quiet, safe clean and convenient also pet friendly
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! They are not BBB accredited and you get denied for no reason even with a credit score in the 600s and a co-signer.
