Dear Ms, Grama; I am 85 years old and since I do not have a smart phone, I am not sure how to leave a positive review as you request. I will be starting my 10th year here at Ridgewood in May. While this is not a fancy high-rise with lots of brittle glitter and stand-offishness, what Ridgewood does have is a great caring and helpful staff. Amazing apartments with wonderful staff and management!

Chill neighborhood, quiet, close to important places.
You can expect your rent to increase as much as around $100 when you renew your lease. Every time you renew it will increase. Low price gets you in, then comes the increases. Higher than house payments. The rent prices come from the people in NJ. They own multiple apartments. Millions a year is not enough I guess. Local staff and maintenance are great people. Very friendly. The prices are too much.
