This place is amazing!! Great customer service, they really helped us out and helped us save money, and keep our treasures safe and secure...
I have been their customer for quite some time but not for much longer. I went into my storage unit 5 days ago, found a leak and water damage to my items in one of the pricier climate control units. I emailed them with a few photos immediately, and have not heard back. That was 5 days ago. Horrible customer service.
Don't appreciate having to explain unprofessionalism or vulgarity to kids in the car whether or not even visiting a place of business.
Honest and easy company to work with
There is no need to fly a flag with profanity next to a highway that has families driving by daily. Many of us feel how you do but there are better ways to express those feelings.
