Dr Attia has been our family doctor for almost 20 years. We trust her she's very professional very nice. Her office secretary is very nice and very accommodating. We trust , My daughter won't go to any other doctor except her.
I’ve been seeing Dr Attia for just over 20 years now. She is very nice and patience. Always tries to solves problems and issues naturally before giving medication. My only concern is that the receptionist who takes the blood is very rude. Her English is broken and had no empathy towards patients who have a fear of needles and blood. My daughter was having a breakdown and her answer was “I can do this, she needs to stop” not happy with this experience. I’ve been going to Dr. Attia for almost two decades! She’s always been the most patient doctor, and always willing to listen. I have a blood phobia and she’s always been there to help be through it; including the receptionists/nurses. Thank you, always!

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with the receptionist at Ridgeway Medical Centre. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly rude and seemed perpetually annoyed by my presence. Every time I asked a question, she responded with a huff and an eye roll, making it clear she found my inquiries bothersome. This happened today on June 25, 2024.
