My own GPS receptionists were adamant that there were no appointments available. They eventually sent me to Ridgeway Medical Centre. The staff were wonderful. I can’t thank the Doctor enough. He actually listened to what I had to say and gave me sound advice. I really wish my own GP practice could be half as good. Thank you

I was given an appt here due to my own gp having no capacity. All the staff were lovely and the doctor I saw was very caring dealt with my issue effectively. Would no problem going here again as the whole experience was better than my own surgery.

I had an appointment here due to my own gp being full. I found the whole experience better than my own GP. The receptionist was polite, it was clean (very clean) and the go was brilliant. Apparently its an overflow. I would be more than happy to visit here again.

Want to say how lovely the staff were at the centre. I called my own gp today and was given an appointment at this centre this afternoon. Offered reassurance and prescribed medication. Thank you.
