I love the neighborhood but the owners keep jacking up The rent regardless of how long you been here. Memphis is ranked in top 5 of poverty places to live and the owners go up on rent every year and lie about imaginary updates.

The worst!!! The ATM Group is a joke...no follow up, no one answers the phone and no one calls you back. The girls in the office are unprofessional, no sense of urgency, rude and incompetent. The apartment is falling apart...the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are rotting, the wood literally crumbles. They paint over the extensive water damage on the ceilings.
