I waited about an hour in the walk in, the doctor was very quick, direct and to the point. Asked relevant questions but didnt question me on what I needed or my history. follow up was great. I appreciate doctors that work with the person when they can.
The worst walk-in clinic experience I’ve had in Thunder Bay. I arrived around 10:45 AM and waited until 2:45 PM — 4 full hours — and still didn’t get to see the doctor. When we first came in, the room was full, which was expected. But after most of those people were called in, we assumed we’d be next. Instead, we watched as people who arrived after us were called in and seen within minutes, while we were completely overlooked. Inconsistent hours
Disgusting, inhumane treatment of patients who come with urgent diagnoses. The staff at this clinic don’t care, no help will be provided. Don't waste your time here
