This clinic is wonderful. The nurse practitioner is wonderful. I was seen in a timely manner. The for my forms was the same as it would be anywhere. The receptionist is polite and efficient. Thank you very much for seeing me.
Why do you hire a receptionist who can’t greet or talk to customers properly? She can’t explain simple things and can’t share information exceeding two words.!

Went to this walkin 2 days after going to the emerge for ear infections in both sides. I forget the Drs name at Ridgeway but he listened to me when I said the drops aren’t getting in due to how swollen my ears were. Today, a day later I can finally hear again! I also got there right at 10 instead of like 30 mins before hand and waited an hour only, I’ve been to other walkins where i wouldn’t have even gotten in all day so I don’t know how he is so efficient. Should be running the emerge…
