3 stars because when I went it was great. But now I see you can barely get in, no one directly talks to you on the phone, the booking online option is no longer available and they can be off for a full week like this week. People like me that have no one to help, need places close to home, I can walk to this one but now I feel I need to just stay home and hope I can figure out something else because I have no energy and too much pain to go anywhere else, especially as I don't drive. Went in twice. Once on a Saturday, other on a Monday. Receptionist lady in the weekend did not explain any procedures on what to do that day or when is the next follow up. She could not even copy & paste down the right address from the drivers license. The lady who worked on Monday (curly haired blonde lady with glasses), has the worst customer service and attitude ever, her attitude towards the trainee was very polite and patient. But towards us was highly unprofessional and rude. She did not even schedule the next appointm... read more
