RecommendedSuper nice crew. Replaced the starter on my car. Picked it up on a Tuesday late afternoon, called about an hour later with an estimate and had it done by 11am the next day. Had a car with out of state inspection, tried to tell me I needed all this work that wasn’t needed
As a female, I completely trust Ridgeway Auto Center. At one of my visits they actually told me I did not my vehicle serviced for breaks...I was there because he local Subaru dealership told me I needed them replaced. When I have a minor repair, they work my vehicle in. For scheduled service, they always start and finish as promised.
This shop is a Godsend to me. Their pleasant customer interaction and their ability to be fair and trustworthy goes beyond normal business practices.

I called to check on the wait time for state inspection (on a Monday, mid way through the month) and was told it wasn't just at that time, but the inspector wouldn't be back from lunch until 1. I took my car over there, got my oil changed, got my inspection done, and the front guy explained the brake system to me and let me know I can call back for an estimate. No pressure, no grief.
