Went to the ER due to high blood pressure, head hurting, upper back and left arm hurting. All they did was gave me two pills to bring my blood pressure down and sent me home. Dr wasn’t worried at all about it or concerned. Even made a statement “Woman your age are very unlikely to have a heart attack.” When in fact I know of people my age who have had heart attacks. I know the COVID-19 is something to be concerned about, but there are other sicknesses that are still running rapid as well. My brother and sister in law took my 4 year old nephew to the ER last night cause he was very sick and running a high fever. My sister in law refused to have my nephew tested for the COVID. So they did nothing to help my nephew out. His fever continued to run high all night last night. RecommendedThank you for what you done for my Daughter. Sending her to B-Ham was great. She is out of surgery and doing good. The new hospital said UTI. Never go back there my daughter could have gotten really bad sick. Thanks again. 7/13/20

I recently went 2 times to this hospital about my leg and ankle swollen up they told me I was fine and I’ll be ok they didn’t even X-ray anything. They doped me up and sent me home. Didn’t even right me a prescription for pain at all. This was the very next day. They where rude and disrespectful to me and rushed me and when I couldn’t walk at all I had to have a wheelchair and they got one and then hit me against walls and everything thing els. RecommendedI want to thank the Nursery staff and nurses for the wonderful care they gave to my daughter and me during our 20 day stay. Not only did they provide excellent care to my sick baby, they gave much needed moral support to me. The nurses and staff were kind and compassionate to me under the extraordinary circumstances of quarantine. I want to say a special thanks to the hospital for providing a lactation specialist!
