My Weimaraner broke one of his upper canines, almost at the gum line, on 7/17. I asked my regular vet for a referral for a specialist & he recommended Dr. Stokes at Ridgeville. Even though a root canal was not my initial inclination, after consultation & exam, I clearly understood why it was the superior option over extraction. We have been very happy with Dr. Cross and her treatment of our two Labs, one recently deceased. However, we are very disappointed that when my wife called today to try to get our Lab in because she is having issues with her ears and we are concerned, we were told the earliest appointment is eleven days away. I understand that they are busy, but there has to be some room left in the schedule for pets that need more immediate attention. Our dog had calcified disks in his neck. The vet we were taking him to said it was probably a pulled muscle. They just kept giving him more and more pills at every visit. Finally we had enough! So we took him here, they did x-rays and told us what was exactly wrong with him and the only thing that would help, would be surgery, but they couldn't do it there. We did find a surgeon, close, that did his surgery. Now he is fine! We take all of our pets there and wouldn't go anywhere else!

We recently moved out to N Ridgeville and had to take my pup (Arie) to the vet. Majority of people on Facebook recommended Ridgeville animal hospital . I took her in and everyone was so friendly, very clean , and took care of my Arie! I Highly recommend them :) keep up the great work ladies !
I have been taking my dogs here for 5 years now and they are amazing. Ozzy and Cranjis love going to the vet. To me that shows how much love and care they have for their patients. Very knowledgeable, answers any questions, and works with the human companions to give the best care possible.
