Great experience this evening at our first time here - my son had an ear infection. We were in and out the door in 22 minutes. Very friendly front desk team and thorough, but quick exam from Dr. Williams. Our nurse was fantastic also! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an ear infection, and told me it would be 1 hour and 30 minute wait. My thought process was that it wasn’t a bad waiting time, but note they only had one provider; serving one patient every 45 minutes to an hour. I was there for one hour and thirty minutes, and never was seen. It was so painful to the point where I thought I was going to burst an eardrum, so I decided to go somewhere else that could be seen right away. Friendly front desk staff. Little wait. But don’t waste your time or money, I went in and was told they could not prescribe me an antibiotic until I had symptoms for longer than 10 days. I was told my ear drums were swollen and nothing to worry about, that “Flonase” would heal it. My ear drum burst that night. Get in and see a real provider.
