Ideal place for those looking for rest in the mountains. But not far from the great center of Saratoga Springs, which is very charming and elitist. Many parks and good restaurants. The location is perfect and the tranquility of this place is charming, really for those who want to escape from the big centers and stay quiet in the mountains.
After seeing the last post I wanted to add that know multiple people that live and have lived here that all reported black toxic mold coming from inside their water pipes & nothing has ever been done. Can’t wait to see this hit the news once they get slapped with a lawsuit. Multiple negative reviews & complaints about this complex & on property pro group. What’s worse is BOTH OF THEM HAVE MOLD COMPLAINTS FROM YEARS AGO. Do your research people, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE OR FROM PROPERTY PRO IN GENERAL!
