I moved into a townhouse at Ridgeview a few months ago and couldn't be happier. Very quiet neighborhood, the property is well maintained. The property manager Jake has been so amazing to work with! He's very efficient and quick with solutions.
I recently had the pleasure of touring this property, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how peaceful and charming the atmosphere was. The landscaping is beautifully done—lush, thoughtful, and inviting. It really sets the tone for the entire experience. Inside, the units are spotless and clearly well cared for. my wife and i just moved in and we couldn't be any happier with our home. Jake the property manager has very good communication and will do whatever he can to help. nice and quiet neighborhood, definitely recommend.
Jake is hands down the best property manager! Anytime I have an issue he make sure it gets fixed right away.
My girlfriend and I recently moved in, and finding a place in the Saratoga region at the right price was extremely stressful. Luckily, we found Ridgeview Townhomes, and Jake VanPatten helped us get into our dream space quickly. The management is great, and they respond promptly to questions or minor issues. We love it here!
