Edit: New management took over a year before I moved out and they were a great improvement from the previous management. There is now an office, snow was properly removed at reasonable times. Only issue still going on is they have alarms related to something with the water or sewage system that will go off right outside your balcony doors; that is an issue that lasted around a year and is continuing according to my ex-roommate who is still there. Major improvements!
We moved in before the new management took over and let me tell you something - what a difference! Things are actually getting fixed now, there is an office on site and Jake and the team are doing a great job at sprucing up the property and making sure it looks great/is maintained. I moved into a townhouse at Ridgeview a few months ago and couldn't be happier. Very quiet neighborhood, the property is well maintained. The property manager Jake has been so amazing to work with! He's very efficient and quick with solutions.
I recently had the pleasure of touring this property, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how peaceful and charming the atmosphere was. The landscaping is beautifully done—lush, thoughtful, and inviting. It really sets the tone for the entire experience. Inside, the units are spotless and clearly well cared for. my wife and i just moved in and we couldn't be any happier with our home. Jake the property manager has very good communication and will do whatever he can to help. nice and quiet neighborhood, definitely recommend.
