Let’s start with one of their receptionist, Jackie R. She’ll stare at you, no hello’s and just expects you to know what she needs. The other receptionist is incredibly friendly, but rarely available for some reason. They should have someone monitor how she treats paying patients. So far, we’ve had two physical therapists. One was more friendly than the other. Seems like 50/50 at this place. I will certainly let my provider know about the staff. The Waconia location is hands down the worst place to go to for physical therapy. The staff is friendly. However, the bedside manner is terrible and receiving a proper care plan is near impossible. Consumer beware: do not seek physical therapy here if you are experiencing long-covid. They are in sum, completely unprepared, inept and do not have the capacity to provide you with quality, educated care. The place is good for ankle sprains, but nothing more complex than that.
