The Waconia location is hands down the worst place to go to for physical therapy. The staff is friendly. However, the bedside manner is terrible and receiving a proper care plan is near impossible. Consumer beware: do not seek physical therapy here if you are experiencing long-covid. They are in sum, completely unprepared, inept and do not have the capacity to provide you with quality, educated care. The place is good for ankle sprains, but nothing more complex than that.
