I went to Physical Therapy to work on my diastasis Recti which was causing me hernia pain. I started with a 5 finger gap and left with a 3 finger gap. I've continued to work on my exercises they've given me and I'm now down to a one finger gap (which is considered normal, and everyone has one finger gap.) I didn't think it was possible to ever close this gap as I've been told only surgery can correct it.
